Well, today we’re going to chat a little bit about human instincts. These little feelings we have when something isn’t right, we’re in danger, or things are good are called human instincts. Our instincts have evolved over the centuries as we went from living in the forests to living in domesticated locations around the world.
The reality is that our human instincts may continue to evolve but in some ways, they’re just the same as they always were. They’re able to help us understand when we’re in danger or a good place. We just have to learn to listen to that instinctual push and make a decision based on our instincts more frequently.

Human instincts allow us to know if someone has good intentions or bad intentions. Again, we don’t always listen to those signs but they do occur. Your body does give you ques during your busy day as to whether a person or choice is right for you.
Human instincts can feel like a punch to the gut when something isn’t right or flutters in the stomach when something is right. The thing is, sometimes the human instinct sign that something is bad can feel similar to something good.

In order to understand our instincts better, we must practice daily habits to help us stay in tune with our bodies and mind. When an individual knows their body and mind best, they’re more apt to feel those signs from instincts warning them or letting them know it’s okay to proceed.
It will take some work to get yourself back to basics with listening to and understanding your human instincts, but if you take the time to learn how your body reacts when you’re in danger of making a good choice, you’ll be one step closer to living a life that makes you feel more content and peaceful!

Living in the busy lifestyle we have these days with electronics and other news information in front of our face regularly, it’s difficult to hear and feel our human instincts. They are still there, and very valid for us to start using meditation to get in sync with our instincts and live a life that’s naturally for each of us again!
