Here’s another evolution-related question for you guys. Assuming we all came to be from a single cell, what were the first cells like? How did they know to just start dividing into other cells? How does bacteria turn into an elephant, even though bacteria have an objectively more efficient method of reproducing?
We’re not sure what the correct answer to this exam question would be since it’s been about 50 years since we last studied biology. However, we know that the cells weren’t lonely because cells are incapable of having emotions. It’s only the consciousness that brings rise to feelings, morals, and objective truths.
