N.S.F.K. (Not Suitable For Ketchup)
As a big fan of food, I am usually not a picky eater, especially when it comes to my comfort foods like ice cream, burgers, and most especially, fries. I don’t care whether it is smothered in gravy, cheese, sour cream powder, or even barbeque powder, I would still definitely eat that. If there’s one thing I couldn’t stand on my fries, it’s ketchup.
This shows that my palate could be inspired by Canadian poutines. Poutines are French fries with cheese curds, topped with brown gravy. Based on its components, you already know why ketchup doesn’t have a place in that dish. Even locals advise the tourists not to put ketchup in it. I think it is safe to say that poutines are N.S.F.K.
