Distrust Greek Taxis
When traveling to another place or country, we usually go from one place to another to make sure our time, effort, and money spent on the travel were worth it. Usually, if you don’t have a private vehicle, like me, we usually stick up with local transportations and taxis since we trust them as experts of the place. In this case, don’t.
While taxis are more convenient than renting your own car (since you have to ask around for directions), this is more recommended by some Greek locals. If you are in Greece, a local suggested that you should stick with renting a car instead or ask around for the prices of taxi fares. Basically, getting in on one is just like paying double the actual price.
