#34: Judge Not
I don’t know about you, but if there’s one thing I have learned from writing this article, it is that some of the people participating in these discussions are real snobs. How are you going to look at a person and say “I can tell just by looking at you that you could walk if you wanted to, but you are choosing to be lazy”?
You don’t know what their life is. You don’t know what health problems or invisible disabilities they might have. Maybe they can walk well enough to get from their car to the front of the store, but if they wander around the store for an hour, they’re going to be bedridden for three days with terrible joint pain. Stop judging other people’s bodies and making yourself the arbiter of what other people are and aren’t allowed to do.
