Fines
During meetings, rules have to be upheld or else absolute chaos could break out and the inner workings of the club could be ruined. So hefty fines had to be in place to stop people from creating problems and force them to follow the rules during meetings and elsewhere with the club.
For example, during a meeting, everyone must wait until the other is finished speaking and then they can have their say one at a time. If someone talks out of turn or speaks when they are not given permission, they could be punished or have to pay a fine of about 100$.
