Who needs cursive?
The last time we used cursive was in the third grade when we were learning how to write in cursive. After that, our teacher would tell us off for our ineligible cursive and forced us to stick to standard print. But for some reason, not being able to write in cursive is a major point of annoyance to boomers.
Why is that? Most of our text-based communication is done on smartphones and computers anyway, and the only time we need to handwrite something is when adding a digital signature. Keep that in mind the next time you try to reprimand the younger generation for not knowing how to write and read cursive, boomer.
