Fix a Tunneling Candle
Most of us are addicted to scented candles, especially those huge, delicious smelling ones from Bath & Body Works. However, tunneling seems to be quite a common problem when it comes to candles. As the name suggests, it’s when there’s a tunnel in the centre of the candle instead of the wax melting evenly.
Aluminum foil can fix this problem quite easily. Just wrap a sheet of foil around the edges of the candle while leaving a hole in the middle for the wick to burn properly. In a few hours, the tunnel will disappear completely. Another way to prevent it from happening is to let the candle burn for a couple of hours the first time you light it.
