Couple Goals
No matter how many times we try and tell ourselves that our new exercise regime starts the coming Monday, we somehow manage to fail. That’s why it is always good to have someone else committed to doing your workouts with you so that you can be held responsible.
But the whole “let’s do this workout program together” thing only works if you are both in on the regime, otherwise, it might end up looking a little bit like this. Don’t get us wrong, if this works for some people, then power to you. But it looks like a lot more fun for one of them…
