‘Tis the season of beach bodies. That means you have to put in the effort to drop all the poundage you gained from Valentine’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, and St. Patrick’s Day. However, the amount of work that goes into achieving a beach body is ridiculous.
It’s not like you can eat a salad for lunch today and have a chiseled physique the next. You have to work, work, work, and when you’re tired, you have to work some more. OR you can do what we do and just hide indoors throughout the summer. Nobody will judge you if they don’t see you!
