The seasonal food
This is a real shot at Jonah Hill, who has actually lost a lot of weight in recent times, so we feel bad using his photo for this part. But it is just so true, you need to watch out for what you eat over the holidays because you can easily be gaining mass.
You may not see it at first, but trust us it is a slow process and can sneak up on you when you are not paying attention. All that chicken, turkey, gravy, stuffing, eggnog, and more mixes together in your stomach and goes right to your thighs. Do not worry though, as we said, there is always springtime to work it all off.
