“No Dogs or Golf”: Odd Rules That Raise Too Many Questions

Finding a pet-friendly hotel can be a challenge, especially when you’re on a road trip. Thankfully, this Comfort Inn offers pet-friendly rooms for travelers and their furry friends. Most of us associate “pet-friendly” with dogs, cats, and maybe even birds. However, someone must have interpreted this regulation a bit too generously. 

According to the sign, this Comfort Inn allows all pets “except for bears.” The fact that they have to specify makes us think someone showed up with their pet bear and convinced them the wild animal was alright in a room full of bedding, carpet, and electricity. Well, the staff is never making that mistake again. No bears allowed. Sorry, Paddington.
