“No Dogs or Golf”: Odd Rules That Raise Too Many Questions

It should come as no surprise that this oddly specific sign is from Florida. The official Fish & Wildlife Service sign tells visitors, “do not feed hallucinogens to the alligators.” Again, is anyone shocked that the event prompting this weird rule happened in Florida? Not really. On the contrary, it makes perfect sense. 

You’d think it goes without saying that alligators, hallucinogens, and recreational substances do not mix well. However, a podcast made this sign as a parody when they learned about a Florida man caught in a state forest carrying magic mushrooms and an alligator. This sign might be fake, but the fact that some people probably need this guidance in real life is concerning.
