DIY whipped cream
If we’re being completely honest, the best way to make homemade whipped cream is by whipping cream in a cold stainless-steel bowl with an electric hand mixer. However, if you don’t want to dirty two utensils, you can pour the cream into a jar and shake, shake, shake.
As the cream sloshes around in the jar, it will trap air particles, which will give the cream a light, fluffy body. After about five minutes of vigorous shaking, you’ll notice the cream’s sloshing become less audible. You can take a peek every minute or so to see how much progress you’ve made.
