How to poach eggs easily
No brunch is complete without a serving of eggs Benedict. However, poaching eggs to perfection is nearly impossible, and the old vinegar trick might not always work. What you can do to poach eggs perfectly every time is to crack the eggs in a ramekin lined with plastic wrap.
Gather the ends of the plastic wrap and tie them up with some butcher’s twine. Then, after your pot of water reaches a gentle simmer, pop the plastic into the water and let it cook for up to six minutes. Carefully unwrap the plastic package, and you’ll have a perfectly poached egg with just the right amount of runniness.
