Best way to serve clementine slices
Peeling a clementine can be messy business. Your finger could accidentally puncture one of the segments, leaving a delicious yet sticky mess on your hands. To avoid this accident, start by peeling off the top and bottom portions of the peel.
Then, ever so gently remove one of the segments. After that, remove the pithy core and unroll the clementine. If things go right, it’ll look just like this picture. If not, well, you’ll have to clean up quite a bit of juice. This trick works well with other oranges kinds of oranges with thick, easy-to-remove peels.
