Easy-peel hard boiled eggs
There are two things you can do to make easy-to-peel hard boiled eggs. First, while shopping for eggs, try and find a carton that comes with a grade A label. The whites of grade A eggs aren’t as firm as AA, which is ideal when boiling eggs. When the whites cook, they don’t stick as much to the inner lining of the shell.
Second, if you can’t find grade A eggs, place a couple of tablespoons of vinegar or baking soda in the pot of boiling water. The acidity of these ingredients will break down the shell and separate the whites from the shell’s inner lining.
