Use cake mix to make cookies
Cookies are the one thing nobody can live without. How can anyone give up these delectable pastries studded with walnuts and chocolate chips? But what if you don’t have walnuts or chocolate chips on hand? Also, what if you’re not particularly great at baking? Well, there’s an easy solution.
Use cake mix! When mixing the cake mix, add as many eggs as the recipe calls for, but use only a quarter of the amount of oil and milk. The batter should be only slightly runny but maintain its shape on a spoon. Portion the batter out, or drop it into one huge lump, and bake for 15-30 minutes.
