When Priyanka Chopra Jonas was on The Ellen Show in 2016, the two spoke about her journey from Bollywood to Hollywood. PC told Ellen all about how she had won the Miss India pageant when she was just 17 and then went on to become Miss World. 

While talking about how she got started on ABC’s Quantico, Ellen in her usual snarky style seemed to imply that the role was just handed out to her because she’s “beautiful” and “can act.” Instead of getting taken aback, Priyanka just cut in and joked “That…doesn’t happen.” Ellen said she was only complimenting her but fans weren’t pleased with her behavior and thought she was being rude.
