Ashley Nicole Black is an actor and writer best known for her role on HBO’s “A Black Lady Sketch Show.” When Ellen’s supposed behavior became the topic of the town, Black decided to say what was on her mind but indirectly. She didn’t name Ellen but it was clear who she was talking about in her subtweet. 

The actor went on to tweet that it’s not that celebrities don’t know that people treat them differently. According to her, toxic workplaces are widely accepted in this industry and people are just expected not to complain. As for people higher up the chain, they only care about the work being done on time and within budget and not about how folks are treated in the bargain.
