A little friendly roasting never hurt anyone. When “Will & Grace” star, Sean Hayes was on Ellen’s show, the two got talking about the sitcom’s return and other things. While playing a game, they one-upped each other by insulting their respective careers. Sean called her “Helen” while applauding the longevity of the show. 

Ellen then asked him how long his show, “Will & Grace” was on air before it got canceled (the first time around). A very pensive-looking Hayes clapped back saying “I think it was longer than your sitcom was.” That wasn’t the end of it though. Ellen added that his sitcom only happened after she came out. Sean – 0, Ellen – 1.
