Hiya, Neighbor
We’ve already said that once raccoons find a place they like, they make themselves at home. This raccoon certainly seems to feel at home sitting in this family’s gutter. This person has a point – if this raccoon becomes a permanent tenant in this gutter, maybe they should start charging him rent.
He seems friendly enough, smiling and waving at the camera, so I wouldn’t be quick to kick him out. Does he really bother anyone? As long as he’s friendly and stays in the gutters, they can live happily together. He seems pretty comfortable, so it doesn’t looks like he’s planning on going anywhere anytime soon.
