Loneliness And Lack Of Attention
As parents, we must always be able to give our kids the attention they need and deserve. Lack of attention may lead to a significant risk for emotional and interpersonal difficulties, like loneliness, negativity, poor impulse control, personality disorders, and low levels of enthusiasm, confidence, and assertiveness. That is why we must give our kids enough attention.
One of the users shared how lack of attention shaped his entire childhood. To quote him, “Throughout my school years I just wasn’t noticed. By anyone. Being invisible shaped my childhood into being very sad and depressed.” If you are a teacher, please do check your students, especially the very quiet ones, from time to time.
