What the Cast of Friday Night Lights Is Doing Today

Carlotta Alonso became a recurring cast member starting in the second season of Friday Night Lights. She worked as an in-home caregiver for Lorraine Saracen, with whom she showed very little patience in the beginning. The feeling was mutual as Lorraine and her grandson, Matt, weren’t exactly fond about having her around.

Over time, the three of them would mellow out and grow to tolerate each other to some extent. She would even date Matt, but their relationship was short-lived as, after departing from the Saracen household, she planned on returning to Guatemala. Despite his pleas for her to stay, she had already made up her mind to go back to her family.
