What the Cast of Friday Night Lights Is Doing Today

Viewers are introduced to Landry Clarke in the first season, where he comes off as slightly nerdy. He’s a generally polite and laidback kind of guy, who, like his best friend Matt Saracen, prefers staying at home and playing the guitar. In the second season, he tried out for the Dillon High football team in an attempt to make his dad happy.

Landry and Tyra become more than friends after he kills the man who assaulted her twice, but their relationship is short-lived. He continued to get almost straight As at Dillon High but transferred to East Dillon. There, he would land the role of team captain with the East Dillon Lions.
