Mindy Collette is Tyra’s older sister—the one who worked at a nightclub as a stripper. Her occupation made her confrontational at times, and she was as hard-edged as anyone in her field, but deep down, she only wanted one thing: to take her family out of poverty. Mindy eventually grows to embrace her image in spite of people’s clear distaste for her job.

Billy Riggin, her boyfriend-turned-husband, didn’t hold her job against her. The two would get married when Billy graduated high school, and they would have three beautiful kids together, the latter two being twins she delivered in the fifth season.
