What the Cast of Friday Night Lights Is Doing Today

Chris Mulkey has been in the acting game for a span of four decades now. Today, he’s credited for appearing in over 20 movies and nearly twice as many TV shows, including CHiPS, The Dukes of Hazzard, Touched by an Angel, and Walker, Texas Ranger.

After playing Coach Bill McGregor for four episodes on Friday Night Lights, Chris didn’t take any time off. Even today, the 73-year-old actor from Viroqua, Wisconsin, is busy acting in front of cameras and lending his voice to cartoon characters. His most recent movie appearance was in 2020’s How to Deter a Robber, which wasn’t half-bad.
