What the Cast of Friday Night Lights Is Doing Today

Tami Taylor was coach Eric Taylor’s wife, a mother of two daughters, and a former guidance counselor at Dillon High School who was promoted to principal in the third season. Similar to how her husband is viewed as a fatherly figure by many of the football players, she’s seen as a motherly one.

By her own admission, Tami used to have a wild spirit back in her youth. That was until she met her future husband that she turned her life around completely. In the fourth season, she resigned from her post as principal at Dillon High School to return to become a guidance counselor at East Dillon.
