Jamie Lee Curtis
Born in Santa Monica, Jamie Lee Curtis made her 1978 film debut playing Laurie Strode in the classic horror film Halloween. Throughout the 80’s, she would go on to star in several other horror films such as The Fog, Terror Train, and Prom Night–giving herself the legendary title of “Scream Queen.” Around that time, she was also known as a fitness star.

However, throughout her career, she’s starred in horror films as well as comedies and dramas. Curtis’s last film, Knives Out, was nominated for three different Golden Globe Awards and grossed over $309 million worldwide. Set to reprise her role in the Halloween franchise in 2021 and 2022, we hope Laurie finds a way to once again survive the infamous Michael Myers.
