Dirty ceiling fan? Use an old pillowcase to dust the blades
Be honest. How often do you wipe your ceiling fan’s blades? Dust and other contaminants can rest on the blades, and when you turn the ceiling fan on in the summer, you can bet that the stuff will go airborne and land all over your home and food. Not a pretty thought, is it?
If you want to remove the dust without creating a dust cloud, get an old pillowcase, insert a fan blade into the pillowcase, then rub it until all of the dust is gone. The dust should settle inside of the pillowcase instead of on your carpets or dining table.
