Again, we’d like to reiterate the importance of tipping your servers. We wish diners didn’t have to rely on the kindness of strangers to provide them a living wage, but until there are major restaurant reformations, we’re stuck with what we have. And higher your bill, the more you should tip (it’s common knowledge).
So, for a $150 bill, how much should you tip? At least $15, right? Well, what happens when you leave $0.00 for the poor waiters getting you your takeaway? That’s right—no BBQ sauce for your steaks. Are you really going to drive back to the restaurant to pick it up?
