The end is near
Cell phones have come a long way from being simple devices without displays to high-tech gadgets that dictate the way we eat, sleep, work, and exercise. But no matter how futuristic our phones are, they rely heavily on charging cables to turn on. And for some reason, these cables never seem to last for more than six months.
One way you can tell that your charger’s cable is coming to an end is by seeing whether it has a turtleneck on. Another way you can tell is if the rubber outer shell begins peeling away. In other cases, the cables just fail to deliver a charge, despite being in perfect shape.
