Use the Bathtub More Often
Don’t shy away from having indulgent baths during winter complete with bath bombs, essential oils, candles, music, and the works. Not only will it warm you up but it will also do wonders for your body and mind and keep seasonal depression at bay.
Once you’re done with your bath, let the water stay in the tub instead of draining it out immediately. As you know, dry skin and chapped lips are common winter problems and while moisturizing helps, leaving the water in will add some extra humidity to your home. It’s a great way to fight against the harsh winter air.
