In 2004, London was gripped by terror as the notorious serial killer, Daniel Gonzalez, unleashed a reign of horror. Known chillingly as the “M25 Killer,” he haunted the vicinity of the M25 motorway, leaving victims like Marie Harding, Kevin Molloy, and the Robinson couple in his wake. The city breathed a sigh of relief when, following a high-stakes manhunt, he was finally ensnared in September 2004, charged for the gruesome murders.
During his trial, Daniel Gonzalez’s erratic behavior was a spectacle, as he claimed that spectral voices and otherworldly forces had influenced him. In 2006, he was branded a murderer, held accountable for the deaths of Marie Harding and Kevin Molloy, and the near-fatal attacks on Derek and Jean Robinson. Tragically, while confined within the foreboding walls of Broadmoor Hospital, a high-security psychiatric facility, Gonzalez met his untimely end at 26, by his own hand, on January 9, 2007.
