If you are a fan of The Simpsons, which is the cartoon programme that has been airing the longest of any in the world, then you are aware of what we are speaking about. The Simpsons are the longest-running cartoon programme of any kind, anywhere in the world. In one of the episodes, Bart experiments with alcoholic beverages for the first time. His mother finds out, but he is quick to deceive her, telling her that the “alcoholic smell” is actually just a new candy flavour despite the fact that she smells alcohol on him.
Because something like this occurred in real life to the creator of @mattliptoncomic, we can safely say that the comic is inspired by real life. Even though we do not in any way support underage drinking in any way, if he had an alibi that was more convincing, he might have been able to get away with it. However, we do not advocate for underage drinking in any way.
