Change of atmosphere
If you are feeling depressed or feeling trapped, try making some changes in your life. We don’t mean going out and buying a motorcycle, but start small and change the bar or restaurant you often visit or the desk you work at. A new change of atmosphere can actually help a lot with negative thoughts.
By changing the scenery around us, our mind starts to feel refreshed and excited about the new place we found ourselves in. We no longer feel like we are not going anywhere and we trick ourselves with these new surroundings. Remember, that you do not need to be afraid of change.
