Break it down
While you are at work you can sometimes be faced with some huge tasks that you just do not have the motivation for. You may push yourself through them and get it all done, but the process was stressful and long. How do you make sure that doesn’t happen again to you?
Well, you can try breaking down huge tasks and jobs into smaller pieces that are easier to do. Take breaks for yourself every thirty minutes or so and give your mind or your eyes a rest. Or even try making checkpoints in your work where you know you can stop and reset.
