Challenge yourself
So just as it turns out, stress can actually be our friend a lot of the time and we don’t realize it. We mean that putting ourselves into a stressful situation from time to time can increase our physical and mental toughness, getting us prepared for whatever life throws at us. Believe us, you will need that.
So the way you can go about getting tougher is by challenging yourself with new activities. This could be anything from going to the gym, taking up a new hobby, and so on. You want to keep some stress in your life, but manageable stress, of course, that can actually benefit you in the long run.
