Leave room for the good stuff
So we talked about planning out your day so that you can get all your tasks done for work or whatever else. But we never mentioned that you need to fit time into each day for the positive things that you actually like doing. Life doesn’t have to just be work after all.
Put things in your daily plan like spending time with the family, going on a date, trying out a new restaurant, or doing some activity. Whatever comes to your mind and whatever you want to do that day, make time for it and get it done. This will help keep your mindset positive.
