No apps
If you have a tick and can not help yourself but open up all the apps on your phone, even when you don’t need to, you should consider deleting them. This way you will only install them when it is very necessary and other than that you can just leave them alone and live your life.
People often develop addictions to certain phone apps that are unhealthy and bad for us. We need to realize that some apps we just do not need are distracting from the things around us. Delete the ones you feel most addicted to and take a break if you feel it is needed, this could change your life.
