Clear the mind
Okay, so when you are alone at home trying to focus on something and just can not do it, there are many tools available to help you. But if nothing we have mentioned so far is working, try something called ‘brain-clearing’. That’s right, just get a piece of paper and empty your thoughts onto it.
Write whatever comes to mind first and just let everything flow onto the paper. Empty out all thoughts and don’t worry if nothing you are writing about makes any sense, just keep going until you’ve had enough. After a while, your brain will wander back to the task at hand and you’ll be able to focus.
