Commitments
Oh no, here is that word that many of us are afraid of. Commitments can come in many shapes and sizes, from committing yourself to a dinner or a business deal and so on. Oftentimes many people run away from them because they feel like they are overwhelmed and can not handle the pressure.
So to help slow things down we would suggest that you just keep track of your commitments and only accept one every week or so depending on the size of it of course. You do not want to overload yourself and then stress about it later. Also, this will help you develop a pace you can operate at.
