#9: Seen and Unseen
This ad is so powerful because of what it doesn’t show. World Vision created this advertisement to promote the organization’s humanitarian mission in under-privileged areas of the world. It features the back of a young child’s head and reads, “He sees what can’t be shown.” Take a minute to think about that message.

You see, his head is blocking a scene that isn’t allowed in regular advertisements. Scenes of death and starvation are deemed too graphic for public consumption. Yet young children see things like this every day when they live in an area with food scarcity. World Vision sure is pulling at our heartstrings with this one.
