Ignore what goes on in kitchen restaurants
You’d think that restaurants and other food providers would be more careful about how they handle our meals, but the opposite is true in a sense. These companies make a living by sticking to a very tight schedule, so the workers might not have the time to wash dishes properly, watch out for cross-contamination, and perform other basic hygiene procedures that the government imposes on them.
It’s a disgusting reality, but the game isn’t going to change for anyone. If you’re really worried about getting meat juices on your salad, then make it yourself at home. That’s the only way you can truly have full control over what goes into your body. Oh, and wash your fruits and veggies thoroughly.
