Rainwater Harvesting Umbrella
Does Japan have a water issue or something? Do people actually need to collect rainwater, or is this invention just one of the cooky things that we wish we came up with first? What you see here is an umbrella (of course) that has a hose that is attached to a container of sorts.
However, the umbrella is pointed up to collect rainwater, which then flows through the tube and settles in the plastic jug. We suppose the only reason anyone would want this product is to show people at their destination that it was raining. “See how much water I collected? It was raining hard about 5 kilometers from here!”
