Morally Ambiguous
Anyone else who suffers from similar mental health problems like Kanye is probably feeling under attack themselves. According to Mayo Clinic, one of the symptoms of this illness is mania or hypomania, which can result in “poor decision-making.” That’s certainly one way to describe the things that Kanye has said!
This doesn’t necessarily reflect anything about the person’s moral compass or internal beliefs. Sometimes, these episodes can cause people to act out shockingly, even though they may not believe any of the things that they are saying. We should help these individuals overcome these issues by getting them the help they need.
