Paws Off
Whether you’re a winter person or a summer person, you’d have to admit winters can be rough; besides being cold it brings snow and ice, which can cause slips and falls for pedestrians. Thankfully, the idea of laying down rock salt on snow and ice will melt it, leaving you a clean, clear, and safe pathway to follow, and save you from a painful fall.
Unfortunately, most dogs do not get the advantage of wearing any type of covering on their paws. Most people don’t know that the chemicals in the rock salt can be poisonous to your pup and can cause serious illness. Wipe your dog’s paws off every time you bring them back into the house if they come in contact with rock salt.
