This has to be one of the creepiest posts we’ve seen on the social media platform. Job interviews are a crucial step in the recruitment process. However, how long is too long? How much time do you need to interview someone to find out whether they’re the right fit for the job?
Sure, you need to spend more time evaluating candidates for more higher-up positions, but is five years not enough? We hope for the candidate’s sake that Anselmo Ramos hasn’t been dangling the idea of a promotion in front of the guy for the last half-a-decade! That’d be crazy! Agree?
