#6: Chef’s Hat Or… Something Else
Okay, graphic designers really need to stop using cartoon chef hats in their designs. It’s safe to say that most of us see something completely different when we look at this iconic hat shape. This cafe has an old-school logo that lists everything it offers, from salads to coffee.
That isn’t what draws people’s eyes, though. Their odd logo on the left-hand side of this picture is what really gets people talking. We’re not sure what this image is supposed to be, but we sure know what it looks like. What we don’t understand is the strange wing-like shapes on the bottom. Is that supposed to be the chef’s stylized mustache?
