Don’t Know Where to Begin
When speaking to a colleague at work, it’s safer to assume that they’re not a complete moron, at least in the beginning. This is especially true if you’re the new recruit. Maybe just try and blend in for at least the first couple of weeks and keep your know-it-all attitude under wraps, until you’ve established that you’re working with buffoons.

If you’re not careful, you might end up sounding like you’re out of your element. For instance, going on a ten-minute tirade about how grappling hooks work to the programmer who put them in a video game will only make you sound like a doofus.
